The deep dive program will run for a six-week period. We will discuss all questions and challenges you might have in our kick-off session. You will then receive a personalized plan with everything you need to begin your journey towards better holistic health and wellbeing. We will have two follow up calls during the program and you can reach out to us anytime.

• 7-days meal plan with recipes
• 2x 30 mins virtual follow-up (within 6 weeks)
